Dear Valued DAIKIN Dealers, Customers, and Business Partners,
With the latest announcement by our government, implementing an Enhanced Community Quarantine for the entire Luzon Island, with the possibility of inclusion of other regions not discounted, we have taken appropriate precautionary measures to protect the health and safety of both our customers, our business partners, and our employees as well.
While we have taken steps to continue providing our services to our esteemed customers, we are likewise cognizant of the guidelines set forth by our lead government agencies responding to this public health situation, more notably our Department of Health (DOH), Department of Transportation (DOTr), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), particularly emphasizing occasions of interaction with our customers, more particularly impacting deliveries and response to after-sales service concerns.
