Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo is exclusive to Daikin Online Store from September 29 to December 31, 2023
2. The raffle promo is open to all consumers 18 years old and above, who purchased Air Purifiers at Daikin Online Store.
3. To register your e-raffle entry, log in to www.daikin.com.ph/promos/ and fill out the following necessary details:

a. Complete name (as shown in your valid ID)
b. Birthday
c. Mobile number
d. Email Address
e. Home Address
f. Official Receipt Number
g. Transaction Date

4. Upload a clear photo or screenshot of ANY of the following documents:

a. Official Receipt
b. Invoice Receipt
c. Delivery Receipt

5. The participant will receive an email confirmation after submitting an entry.
6. Participants may submit multiple entries. One (1) valid single Official Receipt or Online Proof of Purchase is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry.

Prizes to win:

1. Through a random draw, a total of twenty five (25) winners will be selected.
2. Participants can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the first drawn prize.
3. Prizes are as follows:

• Minor 15 winners Php 10,000 pesos cash
• Major 5 winners of overnight staycation at Grand Hyatt Hotel for two with breakfast
• Major 5 winners of Ipad 10th Generation

4. All major prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
5. Redemption of prizes shall be within 60 days from the receipt of the notification. Otherwise, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of Daikin Philippines with prior approval of DTI.

Winner Selection:

1. Cut off for submission of entries is on December 31, 2023 at 11:59PM.
2. A DTI representative shall be invited TO WITNESS the drawing of winners.
3. Raffle draw will be held on January 5, 2023,4PM with the presence of DTI, Daikin, and UM Agency representatives.
4. Winners will be notified by an authorized Daikin representative via registered mail and provided contact details after the draw date.
*Winners who do not wish to take part in this promotion may either communicate to Daikin Philippines or may decline to accept and collect the prize within the deadline specified below.
5. To claim the prize, winners must present the following to Daikin Philippines representatives via Facebook Message or email at customercare@daikin.com.ph.

a. One (1) recent and valid ID with picture
*Only the following valid IDs shall be considered: TIN ID, Philippine Passport, Voter’s ID, PRC License, SSS ID, Employment/School ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID, Senior Citizen (ID)
b. Email from Daikin Philippines on the registered mail provided.
c. Official Receipt of their purchase.

6. Upon confirmation, prizes will be turned over / delivered to the winner within 2 weeks.

a. Staycation Prize

i. Validity of stay should be 1 year upon claiming the prize.
ii. Upon confirmation, the winner may choose dates for their staycation dates. Availability of accommodation is dependent on hotel availability. Once booked hotel vouchers will be sent via email.
iii. Once the booking is confirmed, the date is considered FINAL. The winner cannot change the booked date anymore after final confirmation.
iv. If not used on the final booked date and time, the prize will be forfeited in favor of Daikin Philippines.

7. All employees of Daikin Philippines, its distributors or authorized dealers, affiliate companies, and their agencies, including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity OR AFFINITY are disqualified from joining this raffle promo.
8. Daikin Philippines will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
By joining this promotion, winners are giving Daikin Philippines full consent to usage of all the data submitted for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation to the winner.

Terms and Conditions for the Staycation package:

1. Airfare will be included if the winner is not residing in the staycation prize location. Airfare Transportation only will be shouldered by Daikin.

2. If not residing in the staycation prize location, other expenses (food, tour, courier, etc.) that will be incurred in relation to the hotel prize shall be c/o the winner. Daikin Philippines shall not be responsible for arranging travel insurance, medical insurance, any transport expenses other than the air ticket and accommodation, any meal expenses, any expenses of a personal nature, any other travel-related expenses, or such other expenses which have not been specifically included in the terms and conditions of the prizes.

3. Daikin Philippines shall not be responsible for the inability of any winner to utilize the prize, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to health concerns, local restrictions, personal reasons.

4. Daikin Philippines shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, illness, or bodily injury including death of any winner and/or its companion during and/or in the course of, and after the staycation prize.

5. These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
