Terms and Conditions for the Vacation package:

• Airfare and Transportation be included if the winner is not residing in the prize location. Transportation from the Airport to the hotel and vice versa only will be shouldered by Daikin.
• Other expenses (food, tour, courier, etc.) that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be c/o the winner. Daikin Philippines shall not be responsible for arranging travel insurance, medical insurance, any transport expenses other than the air ticket, accommodation expense and pocket money amounting to Php 15,000 as specified above, any meal expenses, any expenses of a personal nature, any other travel-related expenses or such other expenses which have not been specifically included in the terms and conditions of the prizes.
• If winner will decide to transfer the prize to another person, the ff. conditions will be followed:
  • If winner is residing in the prize location but prize will be transferred to another person who’s not residing in the prize location, Daikin will shoulder the cost of the airfare and transportation.
  • If winner is not residing in the prize location but prize will be transferred to another person who’s residing in the prize location, Daikin will no longer reimburse the cost of the airfare and transportation.
• Winners shall be responsible for supplying valid passports and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate health documentation.
• Daikin Philippines shall not be responsible for the inability of any winner to utilize the prize, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to health concerns, local restrictions, personal reasons.
• Daikin Philippines shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, illness, bodily injury including death of any winner and/or its companion during and/or in course of, and after the package.
• These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
