Yes. Warranty is activated by the authorized dealers only upon installing the unit. We offer 5 years warranty on compressor and 1 year on parts and services. However, if you bought and installed the unit from an unauthorized dealer, warranty is voided. Unfortunately, we only sell split-type air conditioners for residential air conditioners, but we do have a D-Compact air conditioner, it’s a window-split hybrid.
